At Wildwood Reiki Healing, we honor your time, your energy, and the preparation that goes into every session. Because your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, we have the following guidelines in place to keep things flowing smoothly for everyone.
🕊️ Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session with no penalty.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% session fee, as the time was held specifically for you.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 2 hours before the appointment) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
🌿 Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for clients booked after you.
- Full session fees still apply for late arrivals.
✨ Emergency Exceptions
Life happens — emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations do occur. If something critical comes up, please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, fees may be waived for genuine emergencies.
💳 Payment & Refunds
- All appointments require payment at the time of booking.
- If a refund is issued due to a cancellation within the allowed policy window, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
